At Hingol, your satisfaction is our priority.

• Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, customized products, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
